The existing supports are not as true as I want, so I will re-level them. My aluminum I-beam and a couple of shims will be my guide. Then just epoxy and screw new supports next to the old ones. Bob’s your uncle.

This view is really nice with the porthole cut in and the first(?) layer of stripping done and sanded. Starting to look like a boat (or an amphibious wooden Airstream).
Thanks, and its fare to say “first layer” of stripping because this is the first time that the whole boat has been covered. 😀
