Now I need to ask why didn’t you sheet the hull with fiberglass and epoxy while the hull was upside down? You have put in a lot of work and money yet you have not taken the time to seal the hull to keep the water out. A layer of 7781 set in epoxy would have made sure everything was water tight.

Actually, I have a lot more layers to go. I am rolling and working on opposite sides so that I can stack and encompass the deck layers between layers of top hull and bottom hull. It also keeps me from getting bored.
Do you have any experience with kevlar coatings?
