When I am fitting lap joints that are cut by hand I often need to sand a bumpy cut down to a flat edge. I have been using a sanding block, but it takes a bit of time, so… I was thinking…
I bet I could make a portable sanding station with my belt sander. So… I screwed a few blocks of wood together and it’s done. It’s light weight, easy to move around, and turns my hand held belt sander into a stationary belt sander wherever I need it. Works great.
