Sand Off the Nipples

Epoxy the crud out of your work and you are bound to make a few nipples along the way. Hey, we all have them, so no biggee.

Oh, this is also why I use the wooden circle cast offs to lift each piece up a bit as they are glued. Otherwise you have glue nipples touching wood, or whatnot. Sanding is quick, and something I should do anyway to prep the surface for gluing. 🙂

Using a palm sander and 80 grit paper, I just take these buggers off and I am ready to start gluing verticals to each other.
